- Pronouns & names — intros, corrections, and graceful repair when mistakes happen.
- Care agreements — capturing access needs, food/herb/faith notes, privacy, and photo consent.
- Harm-repair — short, trauma-informed apologies and moving on without re-centering yourself.
- Bias micro-interventions — quick bystander flows for meetings, group chats, and clinics.
You’ll leave with:

- Pronoun & name protocol (intros, corrections, missteps)
- Care-agreement template (access, food/herb/faith, privacy)
- Do/Don’t language bank for everyday use
- Harm-repair script kit (1:1, group, email/text)
